Vartika Naithani is an Associate in the firm’s Financial Services, Corporate, and Regulatory Compliance groups. Vartika concentrates her practice on fund formation, regulatory compliances, and general corporate matters. Vartika is a foreign trained attorney and has an LL.M. degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law.
Vartika has more than 7 years of work experience in India as in-house legal counsel with organizations such as Bupa, Allianz, and Assurant. She has worked on a wide variety of insurance and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Sadis, Vartika interned with the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, wherein she assisted the regulators with securities registration, investigations, and examinations.
