Scott C. Ferrier is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation before state trial and appellate courts, federal trial courts, and domestic arbitration tribunals. Scott has significant experience representing institutional investors in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including securities litigation, contract disputes, and antitrust/unfair business practices litigation.
Before joining Sadis & Goldberg, Scott was an associate at Wollmuth, Maher, & Deutsch LLP. While there, he focused on federal and state RMBS litigation, partnership dispute arbitrations, indemnification claims, antitrust class actions, and unfair business/trade practice claims. In law school, Scott was a Managing Editor of Tulane’s Maritime Law Journal and externed for the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo and the Honorable Lance M. Africk of the Eastern District of Louisiana.
