Lily Cron is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. Lily’s practice focuses on securities and complex commercial litigation before federal and state trial and appellate courts as well as regulatory enforcement matters.
Before joining Sadis & Goldberg, Lily was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she focused on federal securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, white collar matters, government and internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters representing public and private companies, national banks and financial institutions, and individuals.
