A team of Sadis attorneys led by Partner Jonathan Bernstein represented the owners of Maier Markey & Justic LLP a New-York-based Certified Public Accounting firm (“MMJ”), in connection with the sale of their non-attest business to Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC, a New York-based professional services firm.
