Since joining Sadis in 2020, Jonathan has focused his practice in matters concerning mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, and general corporate counseling. Jonathan serves as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors, family offices, and middle-market and family-owned businesses across industries. Jonathan received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
